Getting Started
WELCOME
We would like to welcome you to Pediatric Physical & Occupational Therapy, PLLC.
Our mission is helping children achieve their personal best!
If you are concerned about your child’s development or if they have a need for rehabilitation from an injury, call us for an evaluation. Our Patient Advocate will listen and will be able to assist you in determining if your child needs a physical or occupational therapy evaluation (or both).
Our Patient Advocate will assist you through the insurance process and will send you a summary of the benefits for your insurance plan. We are an insurance friendly office and work diligently to get services covered for your child and to limit your out-of-pocket expenses.
Once your insurance benefits have been verified, the Patient Advocate will send a link for you to fill out the registration forms prior to scheduling your appointment.
Your child’s initial evaluation is scheduled for one hour where our therapist will assess how we can help your child. If therapy is recommended, our therapists will work with you and your physician to recommend a treatment plan which includes goals for your child and the frequency of treatment sessions. Our Patient Advocate will work with you to schedule weekly appointments that fit you and your child’s schedule.
We will take care of all insurance submissions and any authorizations that are required. All deductibles and copayments are due at time of visit. Again, these will be discussed with you before your first appointment.
